Amanda A. McGhee

Amanda is a dedicated paralegal, supporting our firm’s attorneys in Business Transactional and Litigation matters. Amanda has developed a strong foundation in legal research, document preparation, and case management. Her work spans a variety of complex business transactional and litigation files, where she provides critical support throughout all phases of the legal process, including business formation and initiation of litigation through closing on deals, trial, and appellate work.

Amanda graduated cum laude from Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies. She is constantly expanding and refining her knowledge base through continuing legal education programs and assisting our attorneys in their business and litigation. 

Amanda enjoys traveling, wildlife photography, hiking the National Parks, visiting zoos across the country, and spending time with her family and friends.
